Education & Training
Education, training and staff development have been practiced in United Hospital from the inception of the hospital to groom people up in order to provide service par excellence to patients. Clinicians, nurses and non-clinical personnel are all required to attend trainings and self-development programs. The clinicians of different departments do case presentations on weekly basis and analyze & participate in open discussions on the topics. Our physicians also update themselves by attending trainings abroad on regular basis. Clinical skill development for nurses is a continuous process done on priority basis internally by professionals and out-sourced as and when required. On the job and bed side training is a standard, on-going practice in every department.
