Dr. Masum Billah Obtained an MBBS degree in 2005 from Jalalabad Ragib-Rabeya Medical College under Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Sylhet, Bangladesh and achieved Diploma in Orthopedics and Trauma degree in 2012 from National Institute of Traumatology and Rehabilitation (NITOR) under University of Dhaka.

Dr. Billah completed AO Trauma course - Basic Principles of Fracture Management, in 2014, Dhaka and he also completed Pune Knee Course in April 2017, Pune, INDIA.

He worked as a medical officer (HMO) in Surgery department in 2007 Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), Dhaka. He joined in UHL as an EMO at Accident & Emergency Department in 2012 and then As a C. A. in Department of Orthopedics 2013. He served as a Specialist and departmental coordinator from 2013 to 2021. Now working as Junior Consultant in the same department.

He is a proud member of Bangladesh Orthopedic Society, (BOS). Bangladesh Spine Society, (BSS). Asia Pacific Orthopedic  Association (APOA) and Pediatric Orthopedic Society of Bangladesh, (POBS).

He has attended multiple local and international seminars and conferences on Orthopedics. Till date, he has 8 scientific publications.
