United Hospital Limited conducted Free Health Check-up for patients & organized a Scientific Seminar to commemorate World Kidney Day 2018
Like every year, this year also United Hospital observed World Kidney Day in befitting manner by conducting Free Health Check-up in a health check booth at hospital lobby. Mr Najmul Hasan, CEO of United Hospital inaugurated the health check booth at hospital lobby in presence of Chief of Communication and Business Development Dr. Shagufa Anwar & Prof. M. Mujibul Haque Mollah Chief Nephrologist, Dr. Tanveer Bin Latif Consultant Nephrology, Dr. Tania Mahbub, Junior Consultant, Nephrology & other hospital doctors, nurses and senior management officials. On this occasion, Prof M. Mujibur Haque Mollah elaborated on the theme of World Kidney Day highlighting the vulnerability of women for kidney diseases and emphasized on the importance of its awareness. Throughout the day more than five hundred patients and their family members availed free health check from the booth at the hospital lobby.
In the afternoon, a scientific seminar was organized for hospital doctors and nurses, where Dr. Tanveer Bin Latif, Consultant, Department of Nephrology of United Hospital discussed different important aspects of kidney disease & also elaborated the updated treatment facility for kidney ailments. Around 200 doctors of United Hospital attended the Seminar, which ended with interactive question answer session.
