Ms. Kazi Shobnom completed her B.sc in Psychology in the year 2010 and completed her M.Sc. in 2011 from Eden College, Dhaka. Presently, she is serving Psychological Counselling and Psychotherapy from the department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science at United hospital Limited for the last 7 years.

She has more than 10 years of practicing in the field of Psychology. Before joining at United hospital, she worked at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) as a Conductor of Parenting Session for the behavioral problem or disordered children’s parents in the department of Psychiatry. Moreover, she worked as a lecturer of Psychology at Adarsh Degree College at Lalmonirhat and also was a lecture of Psychology at Majida Khatun Govt. Women's College at Lalmonirhat.

Ms. Kazi Shobnom is expert in Advanced Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Psychotherapy (CBT & DBT), Psycho- traumatology and EMDR, Neuro linguistic programming (NLP), Psychological assessment, Parenting Coach, Couple and Family counselling. She is also skilled on Early Childhood Development and Autism as well.

Ms. Kazi Shobnom is clinically expert in different kinds of mental health related problems, issues or disorders based psychological counselling and psychotherapeutic  counselling for children's adolescents or teen-agers and adults, like-  Anxiety disorder, Phobia, illness anxiety, Separation anxiety , Reactive attachment disorder, Stress, Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Conversion, Depression, Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD),Gender identity disorder, Sleep problem ,Psycho- sexual disorder, Eating disorder, Schizophrenia, Bipolar mood disorders, Personality disorder, child and adolescents mental health disorders: Impulse control problem, problem with abuse (physical, emotional, sexual), Attention  deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD), Autism, ODD, Conduct disorder, Psychological problem caused by chronic illness like Cardiac disease, Neurological disease, Cancer, AIDS, etc.
