She passed MBBS in 2002 from Jahurul Islam Medical College and Hospital, Kishoreganj under University of Dhaka. She has done her MCPS (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) in 2009 and FCPS (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) in 2012 from Bangladesh College of Physician and Surgeons (BCPS), Dhaka. She also had training in Laparoscopic Hysterectomy from BIRDEM Hospital. She worked in Jahurul Islam Medical College & Hospital from 2013 to 2014 as an Assistant Professor in the department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Thereafter she joined in Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College & Hospital as an Associate Professor & Head of the Department from 2016 to 2017 in the department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Before joining at United Hospital, she worked in International Medical College & Hospital from 2018 as an Associate Professor and as a Consultant in Centre for Women & Child Health from 2014 till now
